If this modem WOULD work with my ISP it would be easy to set up. I use both Windows and Mac and tried to set it up on the Mac first (manual), Then I ran the install software on Windows which provides three methods.

1) Automatic: The software tries to discover the details of your DSL connection and program the router. Needless to say this failed.
2) By ISP: The software provides a list of ISPs (Verizon, Century etc.). I tried every one and it was unable to connect to the internet. I might point out here that it did get a DSL connection when I first turned it on which meant that the phone line and so on were ok.
3) Manual: I set up the DSL parameters according to my old modem and it would not connect. I finally used a static IP address (my last known good one) which my ISP doesn't want you to do, and was able to get the internet light to turn on for the first time. However, I could not access any web pages because the DNS servers were blank, and there was no way to enter them manually. I would also like to say that that the number of options available is severely limited.

So, I sent it back to Amazon and they provided their usual no hassle postage free return - Amazon, a great place to do business with. In view of the fact that my ISP is different from all those the Actiontec provides for, I elected to get a BEC Technologies modem (at almost twice the cost) from my phone company. It has lots of bells and whistles the Actiontec didn't, and works flawlessly over 50% faster than my old modem.

I chose this modem after moving and thus switching from cable to dsl internet service. I basically went with this modem because of the price and Amazon's reviews.

I have it for less than a week now and its working fine. No issues yet. The set up wasn't very smooth though since ISP's (AT&T, in my case) default setings did not match the one of the modems. The automatic setting could not detect my provider and ATT was not in the list. I could have monkeyed around and figured out myself through the manual mode but after a couple of attempts I just called the tech support at Actiontec. The guy was very helpful and we figured it out within matter of minutes.

I replaced the DSL modem I received from Speakeasy with this model. My original modem died every time I tried to use bittorrent, and eventually failed completely. This modem has been working continuously for the last month. One of my friends who was in a similar situation bought this same model, which has been working for him for about a year. I am running this modem bridged in front of a Linksys WRT54GL.

The product description does not go into depth about the modem itself, but I received the Actiontec model GT701, and the plastic casing was grey. I'm not sure if there is also a black one, but I don't spend too much time looking at my DSL modem anyway. One notable feature is the power switch on the back. If you do end up having to power cycle the modem, you don't have to unplug the power and then try to reach around trying to plug it back in behind your desk.

This calculator has many good features. Large enough for keys to be easily used, but fits in a shirt pocket. Uses two cheap AAA bstteries with a button battery for memory backup. It has a detailed instruction book, But the MEMORY is next to IMPOSSIBLE to access. The calculator does not even use the word memory, but uses the word list. It goes in to great detail how to manipulate the data in the list, but does not have a store or save and a recall button I spent 2 days trying to figure it out, and finally took it back. The HP9g that I replaced it with was easy to enter and access memory.

Can't believe the score for this machine was dropped under 50% because one or more people (who knows if it's the same guy with an agenda) repeatedly - INCORRECTLY - stated you can't print envelopes on a MAC with this thing. There should be 'tard weighted scores' and 'people with a clue' scores. The tards could yammer all day that a toaster sucks because it doesn't blend their tea for them. The rest of us can actually share valid information.

THIS PRINTER CANNOT PRINT ENVeLOPES, CHECKS, MONEY-ORDERS OR OTHER CUSTOM SIZES.

I have tried the various drivers, and it just won't print custom size documents, like envelopes, or checks. The From address, typed in the top left corner falls on the top right, where the postage stamp would go, and the To address typed in the center falls off the page, and so it does not even show up. I just see the word To in the right margin, but the addressee's name and address are missing. These are old MS Word files that printed fine with all other printers before. I have spent days with tech support and online, without a solution. I have tried and tried and tried but it seems there is a bug or poorly designed driver.

I bought the Lexmark E260d as what looked like the best overall value to replace an HP Laserjet 1200 that failed after years of service. Printing regular bond from the paper tray worked perfectly. I misunderstood the owner manual's instructions on "open manual feeder door" so could not print envelopes or labels. The email tech assistance wasn't very helpful with this problem. After several email evolutions, I called 1-800-Lexmark, expecting the usual delays and marginal responsiveness that we have learned to associate with free tech assistance. Not so with Lexmark! After hardly any recorded phone tree queries, I was speaking with a human in less than 2 minutes. He was attentive and correctly determined I'd loaded all the printer driver and other software correctly, so transferred me to the hardware dept. There another efficient, attentive techie took a minute to set up another E260d in front of him, so we would each see and do exactly the same thing. Big dummy me, had been opening the entire front panel instead of the actual "feeder door" which is the middle section on Amazon.com's photo of the printer. I wish the manual had been clearer on exactly what was the feeder door (like a photo of the opened door), but the outstanding tech support made up for it and then some. I am a Lexmark fan now and will buy other of their products.

After my 20 years of suffering through mediocre tech support from various companies, Lexmark really shines in their helpfullness and cooperation. No giving me the third degree, no wanting all kinds of detail to prove when and where I purchased the printer. No hassles whatsoever! Lexmark simply took a real interest in my problem, then solved it logically and directly.

We got this toy for our now-just-4-years-old son on his first birthday. He immediately played with it. Not only does have a very satisfying rolling action when pushed across carpet, tool-shaped buttons that make relevant tool noises when you push them, and a lever for lifting the dumping part up and therefore dumping the contents, but the shapes are individually good for playing with the truck or for tossing in a diaper bag, purse, pocket, or stroller to take a long as individual toys because:
- they hold up well to chewing, can't be swallowed, and can be held in little uncoordinated hands
- can be flipped out into various animals by using the cleverly disguised and--largely--unbreakable switches (a trunk and tail flip out of the square to create an elephant when you wiggle the semi-circle ear on the square). Our oldest calls the hexagon his "switch-turtle" and still plays with it, now using it in his stories and imaginary play.
- can be operated by parents to provide lasting amusement to children under the age of 18 months who may have trouble operating them on their own

We are getting this for our niece, the same age as our new boy (now 10 months) as the switch-turtle and switch-elephant (hexagon and square) were a huge hit when we recently traveled to visit, and our youngest just loves the truck. Oh, and he figured out months ago how to push the two buttons right up front (one of which is under the driver, so when you push on him or it, it's activated) to play music and/or engine noises.

Neither of our boys have had the the getting-hands-stuck problem that the other reviewer had, but I can see how it would happen and would be a big concern. If you're worried about that, you could use the shapes as individual toys, and then bring out the truck later when little hands are bigger, or just play with the child when you bring it out.

At 1 year old my son adored the little shapes and was amazed by their ability to pop out into animal forms. By pushing in a button, or sliding a toggle, or turning a tab each geometric shape unleashes a tail & ears or fins or a head to reveal that it was a fish, turtle, bird or elephant in hiding. He played with these transforming blocks for at least a month before he took interest in the truck. Then he made use of the truck: pushing it, spinning the wheels, trying out all the buttons that make construction sounds and dancing to the songs. At almost 16 months he is becoming aware of the shape sorting features. He still loves carrying around the transformers but now makes use of the rest of this ingenious truck's activities.
I bought one as a gift after seeing how much my son loved it and the recipient's mom swears by it as well!

Love this mouse, it has a great feel if you have larger hands, the low profile on the desktop makes it very easy to use. The thing I like the best is the fact that it shuts off after a period of non-use. I never have to switch it off when I go home. The only thing you have to remember is to click or spin the wheel when you first start using it.

If there's one thing I've learned shopping for a mouse, it's that there is no such thing as a perfect mouse. It all comes down to intended usage, and prioritizing what matters to you. This one, which I bought after agonizing over the choice, turned out to be pretty good for my purposes. I needed a replacement for my iMac Mighty Mouse (which was far from mighty). I just needed something basic - right and left buttons, middle scroll, and Mac compatible. I found it in the Kensington. I've had this mouse for several weeks, and I have used it for at least 4 hours a day. It tracks pretty well,has a shape and size that isn't too different from the Mighty Mouse I'm used to, and no software has been needed. It is not perfect, but it does the job I bought it for. But to be as complete as possible, here are the issues I have found;

1. I can feel that the rubber sides, which numerous others have complained about, are going to be an issue in the future. The warmth and dampness of my fingers after hours of use make it feel funny.
2. I wish the usb dongle was a bit shorter. My port is on the right side of the keyboard and I keep bumping into it with the mouse! LOL
3. I'm not fond of the Drag and Drop action. It's not very accurate and requires trial and error to drop things in the right place.
4. Once in a while, the mouse does miss a click or or two, but not more than my Mighty Mouse every did.

To address issues I have read about this mouse;
The scroll wheel is the clicky, bumpy kind. I don't mind it but some people want a smooth roller with smooth scrolling on-screen. If that's a high priority for you, this is not the right mouse for you.
The size of the mouse is not really a laptop mouse (which I'm glad about). It's flat, but long. Ideal if you miss the days when a full size mouse was easy to find. Also, it's much lighter than the Mighty Mouse, making it easier to move around. Maybe that's why some think the tracking is too fast. Too much muscling.
The mouse has a sleep feature, and many hate that because you have to click to wake it up. I right click to avoid clicking stuff I don't want to in the process. Never had a problem.

Overall, the mouse is doing it's job well, I recommend it to anyone who needs a basic mouse that's plug-and-go. Will it last? Only time will tell. But for now, I'm happy.

I'm always concerned with any new hardware for my Vista PC since Vista is notorious for compatibility issues. But this mouse was a snap. Insert the batteries, plug in the usb "receiver", and they "find" each other, without any additional software to install. You can make a few personal adjustments through the "mouse" feature in Control Panel, like scroll wheel use etc, but even thats not really critical.

I did find that when the computer has been inactive for a while, its necessary to click the mouse's left button to reactivate the mouse -- its instantaneous, but at first I thought there was a problem, as I thought the mouse was frozen -- it wasnt....just another of those computer mysteries that mere mortals will never understand.

I like the feel of the mouse -- its pretty flat, rather than humped like the usual pc mouse. There is non-slip edging around the exterior of the mouse, so its easy to grip...all in all, a nice item that I hope will last a long time.

I bought Flip cameras for three family members this Christmas - it's a great example of a "disruptive technology" - and the main problem was the deliberate simplicity of Flip's offering. They clearly don't want to bombard the buyer with accessories and choices so ... they don't. You can use the neat little thing right out of the box and simplification fits right into their marketing.

However, most of us do need some extra stuff - not a lot of junk, but just a few crucial items. Most of them are in the Matrex kit. Hard shell case (nicely done - small with an amazing carrying capacity, soft shell belt case, batteries, battery chargers, USB cable and the cool little flexible tripod. The Gorilla Tripod (which is more or less the same thing - stabilizes the camera just about anywhere - from tabletop to treebranch) costs about as much alone as the entire Matrex collection.

Delivery was fast and my one problem was solved quickly and extremely pleasantly by their support staff.

There was only one item I wished they had included - HDMI connection cables so you could see the Flip video on your HD TV. I think that's the second thing everyone wants to do with a Flip camera (after posting up online) and it would be great to have it off the top. I'm still waiting for the cables to arrive so I can check it out.

So: great price, nice quality, good support.

This is a well thought-out case for the droid. The clip on clamshell fits the phone perfectly, leaving all the ports and buttons available, though I suspect this would not be compatable with any of the docking accessories (I don't have any). It will come off the phone fairly easily but I wouldn't want to do this every day (and I suspect the locking tabs would wear or break too quickly). The only small comlplaint I have is that one of the locking tabs on the display part of the protector will press a couple of the keys as I open or close the display. I hope this will improve over time, but its not a big problem for me even if it continues.

The holster has a nice tight belt clip that holds the phone close to my body so that it is not sticking out to snag on things. The phone fits into the holster with the display inside so that everything except the ports on the phone are covered and protected. The display cannot accidently slide open while in the holster. So, on my belt I feel the phone is well protected against normal dings and the headphone port and volume control are easily accesible if I want to listen to music or talk on a headset.

I had the BodyGlove OEM case and returned it because it did not provide nearly the protection I wanted from a carrying case. This case is much better.

This....case....is....awesome!

The best case for the Droid hands down. It's extremely sturdy, extremely durable, and can take a hit. I looked high and low for the best case for my Droid, this one had so so reviews, but I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. I'm very pleased with mine and have had no issues whatsoever. Mine fit perfectly, snuggly, does not limit any use of the phone in any way. I highly recommend this case.

I cant tell more because i got different case even though It was prime. I think Thats what they are giving away. That cost about $5 or might be less than that. I will recommend to NOT TO BUY ONLINE instead buy from Verizon store or walmart, where you can physically see it. Dont waste your time and money.
